We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant to support the management team. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office and assisting with personal administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

 

Qualifications

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
