Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and manage inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
  • Organize and maintain office files, both digital and physical
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
  • Handle general office duties, including faxing, filing, and mailing
