Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
- Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure event requirements are met
- Prepare event materials and ensure all logistical aspects are organized
- Assist with on-site event management and troubleshooting
- Monitor event progress and provide real-time support
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues or concerns that arise during events
- Help with post-event evaluations and reporting
