Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, creating engaging content, and supporting various communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across multiple channels to effectively share messages with both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies to support business objectives.
• Draft, edit, and proofread communications materials including press releases, newsletters, and presentations.
• Coordinate and manage events, ensuring smooth execution and effective messaging.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure consistent communication across the organization.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for management.
• Manage internal communications platforms to keep employees informed and engaged.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in communications or public relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
