We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of events from start to finish. You will collaborate with various departments, manage logistics, and ensure that every event runs smoothly. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing events from conception to completion.
• Coordinate event logistics including venues, catering, and vendor management.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure event promotions and visuals align with brand standards.
• Prepare and distribute event materials, invitations, and guest lists.
• Manage event timelines, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide on-site event support, addressing any issues that arise to ensure a seamless experience.
• Help with post-event evaluations and reports.
