Sociaxe is seeking a Communications Coordinator to develop and implement communication strategies that align with company goals. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and organizational skills, as well as experience in coordinating internal and external communications. This position requires close collaboration with different departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and corporate announcements.
  • Coordinate company-wide messaging and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and public relations initiatives.
  • Support crisis communication efforts by drafting statements and ensuring timely responses.
  • Conduct research and analysis to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with company objectives.
  • Maintain and update internal communication materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Manage relationships with media contacts and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a communications or public relations role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in drafting press releases, internal memos, and corporate reports.
  • Familiarity with communication tools, internal newsletters, and public relations strategies.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
