Job Description

Sociaxe is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing communication initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, reports, and press materials.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of corporate communication strategies.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.
• Support media relations efforts, including drafting press releases and liaising with journalists.
• Maintain and update company communication materials.
• Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance communication strategies.
• Assist in organizing and executing company events, meetings, and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a communications role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Experience with corporate communications, media relations, or public relations is a plus.
