We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls in our Pittsburgh office. This role is critical in providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on service requests and provide updates.
  • Address customer concerns and troubleshoot problems effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Provide detailed information about company services and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Meet performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
