We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls in our Pittsburgh office. This role is critical in providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on service requests and provide updates.
- Address customer concerns and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Provide detailed information about company services and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Meet performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
