As a Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Property Soar, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting our sales efforts. You will work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials, track leads, and execute initiatives to boost our growth in the competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our properties and services.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Design and distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Assist in managing customer leads and track sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support for sales team activities and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
