Job Description

Shapcontra is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, organizing, and maintaining inventory in our warehouse. This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company procedures and safety regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if necessary.
