Sonar Spark is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Front Office Representative to join our team in Denver, CO. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support other departments with clerical tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred
