Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a professional manner.
- Support the Customer Support team in various administrative tasks.
