We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and coordinate sales efforts. This individual will play a key role in promoting Bela Brand Bat’s products and ensuring we continue to exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes, combined with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Coordinate and execute sales campaigns and product promotions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
  • Assist with product launches, marketing events, and trade shows.
  • Prepare reports on marketing and sales performance and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
