Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for executives and team members.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Handle phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Assist with office organization, filing, and maintaining documents and records.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Support staff in various administrative tasks and project management activities.
- Perform general clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
Skills Required
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
