The ideal candidate will assist in event coordination, logistics, and vendor communications while ensuring that each event meets company standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Support event setup, registration, and on-site logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of budgets, contracts, and event details.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and event regulations.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software.
