We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of various corporate and private events. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring all event aspects run smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and private events.
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient event preparation.
- Support the creation and maintenance of event timelines, budgets, and checklists.
- Coordinate on-site event logistics, including setup, registration, and guest assistance.
- Assist with post-event evaluations, including gathering feedback and preparing reports.
- Ensure all event materials, equipment, and promotional items are organized and available as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure smooth execution of all event components.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
