- Assist in coordinating all aspects of event planning, including logistics, vendor communication, and scheduling.
- Support on-site event execution to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain detailed event documentation, including timelines, contracts, and budgets.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to confirm event details and resolve any issues.
- Monitor event supplies and coordinate deliveries as needed.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and suggest improvements for future events.
