We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing internal and external communications, coordinating public relations efforts, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
- Coordinate media outreach efforts, including drafting press materials and responding to media inquiries.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
- Monitor industry trends and communication strategies to enhance company messaging.
- Maintain and update company communication materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Support crisis communication efforts and reputation management strategies.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all communications.
- Experience in event coordination and stakeholder engagement is a plus.
