We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to enhance brand consistency and streamline company messaging. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
- Create, edit, and manage written content for newsletters, reports, and corporate materials.
- Coordinate company-wide announcements and ensure messaging consistency.
- Support public relations initiatives and corporate communication projects.
- Maintain and update company communication materials, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Assist in organizing company events, presentations, and meetings.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements for communication strategies.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
