Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area and common office spaces to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist other departments with clerical support as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
