Sharpcontra is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with office management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize company documents, records, and files
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Assist in office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining an organized workspace
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
