About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Verify data accuracy by cross-checking information and correcting errors.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records as required.
  • Retrieve, review, and process source documents.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies or incomplete information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data privacy policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
