We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Communications Officer to oversee the development and execution of effective internal and external communication strategies. You will play a critical role in shaping our company's message, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring clear and effective communication with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.
- Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of materials, including press releases, newsletters, reports, and presentations.
- Manage internal communication channels to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and organize corporate events, workshops, and community engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, adjusting as needed.
- Provide crisis communication support and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a communications role (corporate or agency experience preferred).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with communication tools or software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of media relations and event planning is a plus.
