Sociaxe is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in managing relationships, planning campaigns, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to help build and maintain a strong public image for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of PR campaigns and strategies.
  • Draft press releases, newsletters, and media kits.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile reports for clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with team members to organize events, conferences, and press opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers.
  • Track and manage PR budgets and resources.
  • Conduct research to identify new PR opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in event coordination is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR tools.
