Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, TX. This role involves overseeing internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute internal and external communication strategies.
• Draft, edit, and proofread various communication materials (e.g., newsletters, press releases, presentations).
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication flow.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for communication campaigns.
• Organize and prepare for team and client meetings, including agenda setting and note-taking.
• Monitor industry trends to enhance communication strategies and improve outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a communications role.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of communication platforms and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email campaign software).
