Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and logging interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving products and services.
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
