We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain records, and assist in document preparation.
  • Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment.
