Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products or services.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in the customer support process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
