We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role will involve supporting event planning, execution, and post-event activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excited about contributing to the success of high-quality events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Handle event logistics, including venue setup, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor budgets and track expenses to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues during events and provide immediate solutions.
  • Collect and analyze post-event feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of event details and progress reports.
