Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle event logistics, including venue setup, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor budgets and track expenses to maintain cost efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues during events and provide immediate solutions.
- Collect and analyze post-event feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of event details and progress reports.
