We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. As a Communications Coordinator, you will manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. This role involves collaborating with various teams to support business objectives, craft compelling communications strategies, and ensure clear and timely dissemination of information.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and manage the creation of internal and external communication materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Liaise with various departments to gather information and produce relevant updates.
  • Maintain media relationships and coordinate press releases.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of company events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Handle communications-related inquiries and act as a liaison between departments.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications or public relations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
