Captura Hall is seeking a highly motivated and friendly Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings.
  • Manage and organize front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and order.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and documentation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and file management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front office or receptionist role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
