Job Description

Captura Hall is seeking a talented and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing communication initiatives that enhance our brand presence, support internal communications, and engage our stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute communication plans that align with company goals.
• Draft and distribute internal and external communications, such as newsletters, press releases, and announcements.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Maintain and organize communication calendars and content schedules.
• Assist in planning and managing events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Ensure all communication materials adhere to company guidelines and maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools such as email marketing software.
• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
