We are seeking a talented and organized Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Detroit, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing internal and external communication efforts to ensure clarity and consistency across all platforms. This position plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining the company’s image and voice.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and distribute communications such as emails, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Coordinate and execute internal communication strategies to align teams with company goals.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a library of communication templates and resources.
  • Track communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Ensure all communications align with the company’s tone and branding guidelines.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in communications, event coordination, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email communication tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
