  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
