As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt and helpful assistance. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions to problems, and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Providing product or service information to customers.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with other teams to address customer needs.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support.
  • Managing customer feedback and escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
