We are seeking an enthusiastic Communications Coordinator to manage and enhance internal and external communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a passion for delivering clear and impactful messaging. This is a full-time, on-site role in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure alignment across departments.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and company announcements.
- Support the development and implementation of communication strategies.
- Maintain and update company materials, including brochures, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to organize and execute events and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to streamline messaging and workflow.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Experience in event coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
