We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing impactful campaigns and driving brand growth. In this role, you will play a vital part in planning, coordinating, and optimizing marketing initiatives to meet company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, print, and event marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive strategies.
- Create and edit promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
- Manage marketing-related administrative tasks such as scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Support event planning and logistics to promote company initiatives.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus.
