We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing impactful campaigns and driving brand growth. In this role, you will play a vital part in planning, coordinating, and optimizing marketing initiatives to meet company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, print, and event marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive strategies.
  • Create and edit promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Manage marketing-related administrative tasks such as scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Support event planning and logistics to promote company initiatives.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus.
