Salary: $16.50 –$22.00 hourly (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greensboro, NC. This dual-function role combines accurate data management with exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain client and business information in company databases.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve client issues by identifying solutions or escalating to the appropriate department.
  • Record Management: Organize and maintain files and records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Order Processing: Assist with order placement, tracking, and follow-up to meet client expectations.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on data and customer interactions as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
