You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently. Your role will involve delivering clear and effective solutions while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly.
- Document and update customer records in the system with precision.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet team performance goals.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
