Salary: $18.50 –$28.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

Reboot Staff is seeking a personable and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist customers with concerns, providing solutions or escalating issues when necessary.
  • Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, and provide updates to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve services and processes.
