Sociaxe is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Dallas, TX office. This role is vital to maintaining smooth daily operations by providing administrative support, managing tasks, and ensuring effective communication across the team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Assist in coordinating events and arranging travel for team members.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming inquiries.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks to enhance workflow.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required.
