Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve coordinating and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive growth and improve brand visibility. You will work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and support the development of promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales growth and brand awareness.
• Coordinate the execution of promotional campaigns, both online and offline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, track sales performance, and improve conversion rates.
• Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Assist in market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in marketing or sales coordination is preferred.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
