Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain filing systems for physical and digital documents.
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide general information.
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other office activities.
- Support preparation of reports, memos, and other administrative documents.
Qualifications
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
