Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain filing systems for physical and digital documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide general information.
  • Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other office activities.
  • Support preparation of reports, memos, and other administrative documents.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
