Property Soar is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of a variety of events, ranging from client appreciation gatherings to corporate workshops. This role is integral to ensuring every event aligns with our company's high standards and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, and schedules.
- Support event planning processes by creating timelines, managing budgets, and organizing resources.
- Handle onsite event support to ensure smooth operations and a memorable experience for attendees.
- Prepare and distribute materials for events, such as invitations, promotional items, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align event objectives with company goals.
- Evaluate event outcomes, gather attendee feedback, and recommend improvements for future events.
Qualifications

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a plus.
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
