As a Customer Support Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt, accurate, and professional assistance. Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products or services.

- Work closely with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the resolution of their issues and maintain ongoing relationships.
