Sharpcontra is looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Reno, NV. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt, accurate, and professional assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products or services.
  • Provide detailed product information and offer solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure the resolution of their issues and maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and customer support strategies.
