Job Description:
Sonar Spark is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office while contributing to the efficiency and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with calendar management and coordinate appointments for team members.
  • Maintain office supplies and handle procurement processes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist in organizing company events.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required.
