Property Soar is looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will oversee and manage project timelines, ensure deliverables are met, and maintain communication between stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Communicate project updates and timelines to team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify risks and develop solutions.
  • Ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist in the procurement of resources and materials as needed for project completion.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
