Property Soar is looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our professional events in Charlotte, NC. As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless coordination and deliver exceptional experiences for attendees. Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and logistics management.
- Maintain and update event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet event requirements.
- Support onsite event setup, management, and breakdown to ensure a professional and efficient operation.
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with company standards and resolve any issues promptly.
- Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to improve future events.
- Manage event-related documentation and maintain detailed records.
