Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases.
- Verify and review data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry processes.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by the team.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic typing skills with high accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role is a plus.
