Sociaxe is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a knack for crafting compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences. You will play a key role in ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful communication both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, and reports.
  • Coordinate and execute communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for media inquiries and foster positive media relationships.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
  • Monitor and report on communication effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in planning and promoting events, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of information to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience with content creation and media relations is preferred.
  • A proactive attitude with a solution-oriented approach
